We read every message and try to reply within a few business days. To help us respond quickly, please include as much detail as you can — the tool you were using, the word or letters involved, and what you expected to happen.
Reporting a missing or invalid word
Our dictionaries are large but not perfect. If you searched for a word you know is valid and it did not appear, or a word showed up that you are certain is not real, let us know. Please tell us which game or tool you were using, since Scrabble, Words With Friends, and Wordle each accept different word lists. Include the exact spelling and, if you have one, a source (a dictionary entry or the game's own word check) so we can verify and update the list.
Suggesting a new tool or feature
Is there a puzzle or word game we do not cover yet? A filter or option that would make an existing tool more useful? We keep a running list of ideas and build the ones players ask for most often. Describe what you are trying to do and how you imagine it working — the more concrete the example, the better.
Reporting a bug
If a tool behaves oddly — results do not load, the page looks broken, or something does not work on your device — send us a note. It helps enormously if you can tell us your device and browser (for example, "iPhone Safari" or "Windows Chrome") and the steps that led to the problem, so we can reproduce and fix it.
